Dawn Quiocho is an ACE certified Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor, Lifestyle and Weight Management Consultant, and Massage Therapist with over ten years experience in the field. She is also a distributor of Juice Plus, a whole foods supplement.

She is an award-winning bodybuilder (Miss Metropolitan), and at age 35, she placed third in the Miss Hawaiian Islands Figure competition.

Dawn is a former Las Vegas dancer, an Army veteran, and a seminary graduate.
