Dawn Quiocho is an ACE certified Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor, Lifestyle and Weight Management Consultant, and Massage Therapist with over ten years experience in the field.

She is an award-winning bodybuilder (Miss Metropolitan), and at age 35, she placed third in the Miss Hawaiian Islands Figure competition.

Dawn is a former Las Vegas dancer, an Army veteran, and a seminary graduate.
