Private Boot Camps for Exercise, Weight Loss and Team Building
The information to follow is for our general and private boot camp programs:

What is it?
A program of fitness instruction, nutritional guidance & motivational training provided by Buff Mama and guest health professionals. A minimum of 5 people, and maximum of 10 people; three days per week and runs no less than 4 weeks at a time.

Where are the locations for the boot camps?
At any pre-selected home, recreational site, gymnasium or spacious office space. On select days, campers may travel a short distance away from the base camp.

What if I'm not very physically fit?
NOBODY will be left behind or asked to complete more than they are capable of doing safely. Nor will anybody go home unchallenged! Men and women of all ages and abilities are welcome to participate. Each day will slightly increase in intensity. You will inspire and be inspired by others.

What types of exercises are included in the program?
Exercises include: core conditioning, functional training, short distance running (less than one mile), muscular strength, yoga stretching, and more! This technique was developed by fitness expert Dawn Quiocho.

How often will we meet?
Participants will meet three days per week for 60 minutes during the four week program. All participants must arrive on time.

When does the next camp start?
Check the quick-links on homepage for current boot camps or book your private boot camp today. You may be placed on a waiting list as we serve clients on a first-come, first-serve basis. Pre-payment guarantees your training sessions.

What do I need to bring?
Bring an exercise mat, small hand weights (5, 8 or 10 lbs.) and a water bottle. Wear good running shoes, and bring your sense of adventure. You can purchase hand weights at Total Fitness USA (Dillingham), or any Sports Authority. You may purchase personalized running shoes at the Running Room (Kapahulu). You would greatly benefit from purchasing a foam roller, preferably the black foam for maximum pressure.

What can I expect from camp?
Your body will become more fit and toned, and you will gain more confidence and self-esteem!

Why should I participate?
You will make a dramatic improvement in your physical and mental well-being. In addition, you will grow in your relationships with the people who share your same passion for acquiring a more healthy body and mind.

What is the cost (investment in myself)?
Each private boot camp starts at $240, includes pre/post measurements, some equipment and food guidance. That's just $20 per hour. Where else can you get personalized and motivational fitness instruction at your convenience? One to one personal training is $80 per hour. Why not share the cost and the benefits with your friends?

We are now accepting registration forms for your private boot camp–click here to download. You will get your pre-camp assessment appointment from your coach prior to the start of camp. Once we receive your registration information you will be notified to make an appointment. Payment is due in full with your registration form to reserve your place. Sessions are non-transferable and non-refundable.
